52' Sea Ranger Flush Deck MY
1990
US$ 239,000
WOW!!! Four staterooms AND four heads. What a wonderful live aboard, family or corporate cruiser. Can you imagine owning a waterfront condo at one of the hottest tourist spots in the world, with only a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and all that "The City by the Bay" has to offer at about 30% the price of a landlocked condo! Can you really pass this up?
She boats three decks: a huge upper deck with flybridge helm; a main deck with the lower helm, tremendous salon, galley and wide walk arounds; a lower deck with four comfortable staterooms, four heads and a stand-up engine room.
Possibly, best of all, her Pier 39 slip could be purchased separately so that her next owner would be building equity and only paying a modest association fee.
Don't sit and think about this one as she will undoubtedly sell quickly with all she has to offer!
